Purpose of This Policy
This Purchase, Refund and Lifetime Unlock Policy explains how purchases, refunds, access to paid features, purchase restoration, and payment-related support are handled for NextSelf: Transformation Helper (the "App").
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. If there is a conflict between this Policy and Google Play payment or refund rules, Google Play rules may control to the extent required by law or platform policy.

Free Install and Limited Starter Access
The App may be installed for free. The free version may include limited starter access so users can understand the App experience before purchasing full access.
Free starter access may include limited access to identity setup, actions, reminders, Today's Growth, cues, progress, backup/restore, or other features. The exact free limits may be shown inside the App or Google Play listing and may be updated from time to time.
One-Time Lifetime Unlock
The current paid model is a one-time lifetime unlock. After a successful eligible purchase, full access is unlocked for the App features included in the lifetime unlock, subject to this Policy, the Terms of Use, Google Play rules, device compatibility, and continued App availability.
The lifetime unlock is not a subscription — it does not renew monthly or yearly and you will not be charged recurring fees.
Google Play Billing
For the current Android release through Google Play, purchases of paid digital features are processed through Google Play Billing where required by Google Play policy.
We do not directly collect or store your credit card, debit card, UPI, banking, Google account payment details, or other payment instrument details when purchases are processed by Google Play.
Your purchase may be subject to Google Play payment, refund, tax, account, family sharing, device, region, and platform rules.
Purchase Confirmation and Access
After a successful purchase, Google Play may send the App a purchase confirmation or entitlement status so the App can unlock paid features.
Access to paid features may depend on:
- Google Play confirming your purchase
- Your Google account status
- Device compatibility and region availability
- App version and technical availability of Google Play services
If purchase verification temporarily fails due to network, Google Play service, device, or account issues, access may be delayed or may need to be restored using the same Google account that originally made the purchase.
Restore Purchase
If you reinstall the App, change devices, reset your device, or install the App on another supported Android device, you may need to restore your purchase using the same Google account used for the original purchase.
Restore behavior depends on Google Play, your Google account, device, operating system, region, platform policies, and technical availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are generally handled according to Google Play refund policies and applicable law. Because purchases are processed by Google Play, CapeMinds Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd. may not be able to issue refunds directly.
Request a refund through the same Google Play account and platform used to make the purchase.
You may also contact us at support@capeminds.com for support — however, final refund decisions may be made by Google Play.
If a refund is granted, access to paid features may be removed, disabled, limited, or made read-only where technically possible and permitted by Google Play rules.
No Subscription in the Current Version
The current App model does not offer subscriptions. The paid option is a one-time lifetime unlock.
Because there is no subscription in the current version, there are no recurring subscription charges, subscription renewals, monthly or yearly cancellations, or subscription trial renewals for the current App model.
Pricing, Taxes, Currency, and Regional Availability
Prices may be shown in your local currency or another currency supported by Google Play. The final price, taxes, fees, and payment method availability may be determined by Google Play, your location, your Google account settings, and applicable law.
We may change prices, introductory offers, or promotional offers from time to time, subject to Google Play rules and applicable law. Price changes do not automatically create a refund right for prior purchases unless required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
The App and paid features may not be available in all countries, regions, devices, operating system versions, or App versions.
Feature Changes and App Availability
We aim to maintain a useful and reliable App, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available, unchanged, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
We may update, modify, improve, remove, suspend, or discontinue features for reasons such as product improvement, security, legal requirements, platform policy changes, technical limitations, or Google Play requirements.
Where practical, we will try to avoid changes that materially reduce the value of a paid unlock. However, continued feature availability can be affected by operating system changes, Google Play changes, device compatibility, third-party platform behavior, legal requirements, or technical limitations.
Family Sharing, Account Sharing, and Transferability
Purchase sharing, family sharing, transferability, and use across multiple devices are controlled by Google Play and Google account rules.
The lifetime unlock is intended for the purchaser's personal use and may not be resold, transferred, sublicensed, rented, or commercially exploited except where expressly allowed by applicable law or Google Play rules.
We are not responsible if family sharing, cross-device access, or account sharing is unavailable, restricted, or changed by Google Play, the device platform, or applicable law.
Fraud, Abuse, and Access Controls
You agree not to bypass, tamper with, reverse engineer, manipulate, or attempt to avoid purchase verification, license checks, entitlement checks, or other access controls.
We may restrict, suspend, or remove access to paid features if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, violation of Google Play rules, violation of our Terms of Use, or misuse of the App. Such restrictions are subject to applicable law and Google Play requirements.

When we update this Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after the updated Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
